On rare ocassions, a product just isn’t quite right for a particular customer, so we developed this policy to help in that situation and offer some peace of mind.
If you still aren’t satisfied before the end of the 30 day period after your purchase of any Snip & View product, simply let us know and we’ll refund your money, subject to our refund policy below.

If a refund is granted it will be processed based on the foreign exchange rate at the time of refund less any initial or subsequent transaction fees incurred by us.
If a promotional discount was offered at the time of purchase the refund will be calculated in line with the paid price on the same basis as above.
